The Nordics or the Nordic Countries include Iceland, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, as well as Svalbard, that belongs to Norway, Greenland, Faroe Islands, and Ålan Islands.
The Nordics are a cultural and geographical region in Northern Europe. They are also known as Norden, which means “the North”. Some other places in Europe, like northern isles of Scotland, share some cultural and ethnic ties with the nations of the Nordics but are not part of the Nordic countries. Note: I included a link to Scotland posts here, in case you are interested in the Nordic feel of the region, rather than geographical classification.
